Over the last 12 years The King Edward Lodge 1065 of the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes have raised in excess of £20,000, each year a charity is nominated by one of our members and the largest amount for one year that we raised was £2,500 for ‘Guide Dogs For the Blind’ which paid for a puppy and 2 guide dogs. Other charities that we have raised money for are ‘The West Lancashire Disability Association’, ‘The Children of Ormskirk’ and ‘The Diabetic Association’. We have used various means to raise funds – raffles, dances, quiz nights, bingo etc and have used Lakeland’s Main cards, Football cards, Gold 21, Bingo cage and Football match cards. Their products bring in money every week and are so easy to order. Delivery is approximately less than 1 week and the service we receive is excellent which is why we will continue to use Lakeland
